The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the metro station and there were supermarkets nearby. The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed, even an iron and lots of dishes. Plus, the check-in process was so easy, all done online. It was great having a fully-equipped kitchen, we were able to cook our own meals.
The walls were way too thin, and we could hear our noisy neighbors during our stay. Also, the bedroom was a bit cold at night and we couldn't figure out how to use the heating system.

I stayed at Sur Apartments By Olala Homes with my partner for 17 nights, for a mix of vacation and business. The apartment was cosy, very clean, and well-equipped with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The decor was lovely, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. The location was great, with a short 5-minute walk to the nearest metro station and only three stops away from Atocha. There were plenty of grocery stores and food places nearby as well.
Would recommend this hotel.
